It will be my aim to:

•Always be honest in my dealings with you;
•Always give the best possible advice, even if it means advising you to go elsewhere;
•Never assume I know more than my you do;
•Never to profit unfairly;
•Honour deadlines;
•Tell you if I mess up and to offer solutions;
•Never tie a you into an agreement you don’t need, or can’t afford;
•Always give value for money;
•Never forget whose money I’m spending;
•Never have small print!

In other words, when I send you a quote, that’s the final price. If you don’t like what I do, I’ll do it again. You won’t pay me a penny - not even a deposit - until you’re happy with the overall concept. If I can’t give you what you want, I won’t ask you to pay for it.

That’s a promise.
